    碲对Cr12MoV冷作模具钢加工性能的影响

    Effect of Tellurium on Processing Performance of Cr12MoV Cold Work Die Steel

    • 摘要: 采用非真空冶炼制备了不同碲含量的Cr12MoV冷作模具钢,并进行调质使硬度均为60 HRC,研究了碲对试验钢中夹杂物的影响,通过铣削、钻削试验及表面粗糙度测试量化评估了碲对加工性能的影响。结果表明:通过碲改质,试验钢中可形成(Cr,Mn)Te包裹MnS的MnS-(Cr,Mn)Te复合夹杂物和(Cr,Mn)Te夹杂物,随着碲含量增加,夹杂物数量增多,尺寸增大,形状趋向球形;随着碲含量增加,试验钢的铣削力、钻削力和铣削后的表面粗糙度减小,加工性能提高,表面加工质量改善。

       

      Abstract: Cr12MoV cold work die steel with different tellurium content was prepared by non-vacuum smelting, and the hardness was modulated to 60 HRC. The tellurium modification rule on inclusions in test steel was studied. The effect of tellurium on the processing performance was quantitatively evaluated by milling and drilling tests and surface roughness measurement. The results show that by tellurium modification, MnS-(Cr,Mn) Te complex inclusions of MnS coated with (Cr, Mn) Te and (Cr, Mn) Te inclusion could be formed in the test steel. With the increase of tellurium content, the number and size of inclusions increased and their shape tended to be spherical. With the increase of tellurium content, the milling force, drilling force and surface roughness after milling of the test steel decreased, indicating that the processing performance and surface machining quality were improved.
