    石墨烯片负载量对聚乙烯醇-聚丙烯酰胺双网络水凝胶电磁屏蔽和微波吸收性能的影响

    Effect of Graphene Flake Addition on Electromagnetic Shielding and Microwave Absorption Properties of Polyvinyl Alcohol-Polyacrylamide Double-Network Hydrogel

    • 摘要: 在聚乙烯醇-聚丙烯酰胺(PVA-PAAM)双网络水凝胶中引入不同负载量(4.0%,6.5%,12.0%,16.8%,20.9%,质量分数)的石墨烯片(GF)制备GF/PVA-PAAM复合双网络水凝胶,研究了GF负载量对该水凝胶电磁屏蔽和微波吸收性能的影响。结果表明:随着GF负载量的增加,GF/PVA-PAAM水凝胶的电磁屏蔽效能、吸收效率和反射效率均先增后减,反射损耗基本先减后增,微波吸收能力先升后降。当GF负载量为16.8%时电磁屏蔽效能最高,达27.29 dB;当GF负载量为6.5%时,2.5 mm厚水凝胶在9.6 GHz处的反射损耗最低,达−23.36 dB,有效吸收宽度约为2.12 GHz。GF的引入提高了双网络水凝胶的电磁屏蔽和微波吸收性能以及拉伸强度。

       

      Abstract: Graphene flakes (GF) with different additions (0, 4.0%, 6.5%, 12.0%, 16.8%, 20.9%, mass fraction) were added into polyvinyl alcohol-polyacrylamide (PVA-PAAM) double-network hydrogel to prepare GF/PVA-PAAM composite double-network hydrogels. The effects of GF addition on the electromagnetic shielding and microwave absorption properties of the hydrogel were investigated. The results show that with the increase of GF addition, the electromagnetic shielding efficiency, absorption efficiency and reflection efficiency of the GF/PVA-PAAM hydrogel first increased and then decreased, the reflection loss first decreased and then increased, and the microwave absorption capacity first increased and then decreased. The electromagnetic shielding efficiency was the highest when the GF addition reached 16.8%, which was 27.29 dB. When the GF addition was 6.5%, the reflection loss of the hydrogel under 2.5 mm thickness and 9.6 GHz was the lowest, which was −23.36 dB, and the effective absorption width was approximately 2.12 GHz. Adding GF improved the electromagnetic shielding and microwave absorption properties of the double-network hydrogel as well as the tensile strength.
