    飞机座椅1Cr17Ni2奥氏体不锈钢外套螺母的开裂原因

    Cracking Cause of Plane Seat 1Cr17Ni2 Austenitic Stainless Steel Outer Nut

    • 摘要: 某飞机座椅导管1Cr17Ni2奥氏体不锈钢外套螺母在服役1 000~2 000 h后发生多件开裂,通过宏观形貌观察、断口宏微观形貌观察、显微组织观察、硬度检测等方法分析了螺母的开裂原因。结果表明:外套螺母发生了应力腐蚀开裂。开裂内在原因包括外套螺母晶界处链状分布的含铬析出物和组织中较高含量的δ-铁素体和塑性夹杂物,这导致其硬度过高、脆性较大,外在原因包括腐蚀性氯环境以及一定的装配应力。

       

      Abstract: 1Cr17Ni2 austenitic stainless steel outer nuts of a plane seat guide cracked after 1 000–2 000 h service. The cracking cause of the nut was analyzed by macroscopic morphology observation, fracture macro and micro morphology observation, microstructure observation and hardness detection. The results show that the outer nut underwent stress corrosion cracking. The internal cause of cracking included chain distribution of chromium precipitates at grain boundaries and high content of δ-ferrite and plastic inclusions in structure of outer nut, leading to the high hardness and brittleness. The external cause included corrosive chlorine environment and certain assembly stresses.
