    盾构机盘形滚刀刀圈表面强化技术的研究进展

    Research Progress on Surface Strengthening Technology for Disc Cutter Rings of Shield Tunneling Machine

    • 摘要: 在盾构施工中,盾构机盘形滚刀刀圈与岩石直接接触产生巨大接触应力,刀圈表面多为表面疲劳、黏着磨损和磨粒磨损等失效形式,提升盘形滚刀刀圈在极端工况以及复杂地质条件下的耐磨性能是盾构施工需攻克的关键问题。从表面改性和表面涂覆两个方面,综述了近年来盾构机盘形滚刀刀圈的表面强化技术研究进展,重点探讨了梯度硬度技术、激光表面淬火技术、超声喷丸强化技术、离子渗氮技术、激光熔覆技术、等离子堆焊技术、超音速火焰喷涂技术的优缺点,并对盾构机滚刀刀圈未来研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: In shield tunneling construction, the disc cutter rings of shield tunneling machine come into direct contact with rocks, generating huge contact stresses. Common failure modes on surfaces of disc cutter rings include surface fatigue, adhesive wear, and abrasive wear. Improving wear resistance of disc cutter rings under extreme working conditions and complex geological conditions is a key issue to be overcome in shield tunneling construction. From the two aspects of surface modification and surface coating, the research progress of surface strengthening technology of disc cutter rings of shield tunneling machines in recent years is reviewed. It focuses on discussing the advantages and disadvantages of gradient hardness technology, laser surface quenching technology, ultrasonic shot peening strengthening technology, plasma nitriding technology, laser cladding technology, plasma surfacing technology, and high-velocity oxy-fuel spraying technology. The future development of cutter rings of shield tunneling machine is prospected.
