    激光粉末床熔融成形HR-2抗氢钢的研究进展

    Research Progress on HR-2 Hydrogen Resistant Steel Formed by Laser Powder Bed Fusion

    • 摘要: HR-2抗氢钢具有优异的抗氢脆性能,常用于制造储氢压力容器。激光粉末床熔融的发展为制备轻质异形储氢容器提供了可能。激光粉末床熔融成形HR-2抗氢钢的研究尚未成熟,总结了粉末原料(粒径分布、化学成分和循环使用性)、成形工艺(体能量密度和扫描策略)和后处理(表面处理和热处理)对成形件性能的影响,阐述了目前研究存在的不足,展望了今后的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: HR-2 hydrogen resistant steel has excellent hydrogen embrittlement resistance and is often used to make hydrogen storage pressure vessel. The development of laser powder bed fusion provides the possibility of preparing lightweight and irregularly-shaped hydrogen storage containers. The laser powder bed fusion forming of HR-2 hydrogen resistant steel is not yet mature. The effects of powder raw materials (particle size distribution, chemical composition and recyclability), forming processes (energy density and scanning strategy) and post-treatment (surface treatment and heat treatment) on the performance of formed parts are summarized, the shortcomings of the current research are pointed out and the future development direction is outlined.
