    工程领域负刚度超材料的研究进展

    Research Progress on Negative Stiffness Metamaterial in Engineering Field

    • 摘要: 负刚度超材料具有负刚度和多稳态特性,在缓冲吸能、微机构驱动、减振降噪和带隙调控等领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。从单胞结构形式和几何参数、单胞排列方式与数量、结构变形模式以及基材种类与制备工艺四个方面阐述了负刚度超材料的设计要点。总结了负刚度超材料在声学、汽车、航空航天、船舶工程、抗震减灾、微电子器件、工业机器人等领域的应用,并展望了负刚度超材料的发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: Negative stiffness metamaterials have the characteristics of negative stiffness and multistable properties,and show enormous application prospects in the fields of energy absorption, micromechanism drive, vibration and noise reduction, and band gap regulation. The design key points of negative stiffness metamaterials are expounded from four aspects: unit cell structural forms and geometric parameters of unit cells, arrangement and quantities of unit cells, structural deformation modes, types of raw materials and manufacture processes. The applications of negative stiffness metamaterials in the fields of acoustics, automotive, aerospace, marine engineering, earthquake resistance and hazards reduction, microelectronic components and industrial robots are summarized, and the development trend of negative stiffness metamaterials is prospected.
