    高强度7xxx系铝合金热处理调控残余应力研究进展

    Research Progress on Residual Stress Heat Treatment Regulation in High-Strength 7xxx Series Aluminum Alloys

    • 摘要: 随着航天装备的不断大型化和轻量化,7xxx系铝合金构件普遍呈尺寸规格大、形状复杂、薄壁弱刚性等结构特点,在加工和使用中易产生强烈的残余应力效应;残余应力的产生会影响加工质量,甚至导致失效。因此,如何有效调控制造过程中的残余应力成为亟待解决的关键难题。总结了航天领域高强度7xxx系铝合金构件残余应力热处理控制技术的研究现状,详细介绍了淬火、冷热循环处理、深冷处理、时效去应力对残余应力的调控效果及作用机制,提出了目前航天高强度7xxx系铝合金残余应力热处理调控的主要问题及发展方向。

       

      Abstract: As aviation equipment continues to become larger and lighter, 7xxx series aluminum alloy aerospace products generally exhibit structural characteristics such as large size specifications, complex shapes, and thin-walled weak rigidity. These features make them prone to generating strong residual stress effects during processing and using, which in turn affects the processing quality of the products, and even led to failures. How to effectively control the residual stress during the manufacturing process has become a key challenge that urgently needs to be addressed. The current research status of residual stress heat treatment control technology for high-strength 7xxx series aluminum alloy components is summarized in aerospace. The regulatory effects and mechanisms of quenching, cold and hot cycle treatment, cryogenic treatment, and aging stress relief on residual stress are described in detail. The main issues and development directions for the current regulation of residual stress in high-strength 7xxx series aluminum alloys in aerospace are proposed.
