    坡口工艺对焊接质量的影响机制及其研究进展

    Influence Mechanism of Beveling Process on Welding Quality and its Research Progress

    • 摘要: 针对复杂零件或中厚母材焊接,坡口的设计及预加工能提高焊接接头的综合力学性能,实现单面加工双面成形焊接。相比未开坡口,开坡口焊接接头的热量分布更加均匀,热影响区面积更小,有助于保持母材的性能,同时显著减小因热积累引起的变形与焊后残余应力。系统综述了坡口形式、坡口角度、坡口尺寸(坡口宽度及预留间隙)等参数对焊接质量的影响,阐释了坡口参数对焊缝成形与残余应力的影响机制,指出了当前坡口设计与应用中面临的主要挑战,并对该领域的未来研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: For the welding of complex parts or medium and thick base materials, the design and pre-processing of bevels can enhance the comprehensive mechanical properties of the welded joint, achieving single-sided processing and double-sided forming welding. Compared with unbeveled welded joints, beveled welded joints have a more uniform heat distribution and a smaller heat-affected zone area, which helps maintain the performance of the base material, and significantly reduces deformation and post-weld residual stress caused by heat accumulation. The influence of parameters such as bevel form, bevel Angle, and bevel size (bevel width and reserved clearance) on welding quality is systematically reviewed, the influence mechanism of bevel parameters on weld formation and residual stress is explained. The main challenges currently faced in bevel design and application are pointed out, and the future research directions in this field were prospected.
