    坡口工艺对焊接质量影响机制的研究进展

    Research Progress on Influence Mechanism of Grooving Process on Welding Quality

    • 摘要: 针对复杂零件或中厚母材焊接,开坡口能提高焊接接头的综合力学性能,实现单面加工双面成形焊接。相比未开坡口,开坡口焊接接头的热量分布更加均匀,热影响区面积更小,有助于保持母材的性能,同时显著减小因热积累引起的变形与焊后残余应力。综述了坡口形式和坡口尺寸(坡口角度、坡口宽度及根部间隙)等参数对焊接质量的影响,阐释了坡口参数对焊缝成形与残余应力的影响机制,指出了当前坡口设计与应用中面临的主要挑战,并对该领域的未来研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: For welding of complex parts or medium thick base materials, groove preparation can enhance the comprehensive mechanical properties of the welded joint, achieving single-sided processing and double-sided forming welding. Compared with ungrooved welded joints, grooved welded joints have more uniform heat distribution and a smaller heat-affected zone area, which helps maintain the performance of the base material, and significantly reduces deformation and post-weld residual stress caused by heat accumulation. The influence of parameters such as groove form and groove size (groove angle, groove width and root gap) on welding quality is reviewed, and the influence mechanism of groove parameters on weld formation and residual stress is introduced. The main challenges currently faced in groove design and application are pointed out, and the future research directions in this field are prospected.
