    下压量对Al-0.75Mg-0.75Si-0.8Cu合金搅拌摩擦焊接头组织及力学性能的影响

    Effect of Press Amount on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Al-0.75Mg-0.75Si-0.8Cu Alloy Friction Stir Welded Joint

    • 摘要: 熔炼制备Al-0.75Mg-0.75Si-0.8Cu合金,依次进行均匀化、轧制、固溶和时效处理后,在不同下压量(0.04,0.08,0.12,0.16 mm)下进行搅拌摩擦焊接,研究了下压量对接头显微组织、织构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着下压量增大,焊核区晶粒尺寸增大,带状晶向等轴晶转变,大角度晶界占比先下降后趋于稳定,再结晶晶粒占比先降低后略有提高,同时由于焊核中心区的塑性变形增大,该区域A¯和C织构向B¯织构转变。不同下压量下接头最低硬度均出现在前进侧热机影响区。随着下压量的增大,接头的硬度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率先升后降,均低于母材;当下压量为0.08 mm时,硬度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率均最大,此时拉伸断口中存在小而密的韧窝。

       

      Abstract: Al-0.75Mg-0.75Si-0.8Cu alloy was smelted and then subjected to homogenization, rolling, solid solution and aging treatment successively. Friction stir welding was carried out on the alloy under different press amounts (0.04, 0.08, 0.12, 0.16 mm), and the effects of press amount on microstructure, texture and mechanical properties of the joint were studied. The results show that with the increase of the press amount, in the nugget zone the grain size increased, the banded crystal was transformed to the equiaxed crystal, the proportion of the high angle grain boundary decreased first and then tended to be stable, and the proportion of the recrystallized grain decreased first and then increased slightly. Meanwhile, the A¯ and C textures in the middle area of the nugget zone changed to the B¯ texture due to the increase of plastic deformation. The lowest hardness of the joint under different press amounts appeared in the thermo-mechanically affected zone on advancing side. With the increase of the press amount, the hardness, tensile strength and elongation after fracture of the joint increased first and then decreased, all were lower than those of the base metal. When the press amount was 0.08 mm, the hardness, tensile strength and elongation after fracture were the largest, and there were small and dense dimples in the tensile fracture.
