    高温耐磨合金的研究进展

    Research Progress on High Temperature Wear Resistant Alloys

    • 摘要: 高温耐磨合金是现代工业和重大装备的关键基础材料,已开发出钴基、镍基、铁基、Ni-Al基和Nb-Si基合金以及高熵合金等众多合金体系,在航空航天、轨道交通、能源动力、石油化工等领域应用广泛。介绍了不同材料体系高温耐磨合金的成分特点、显微组织及性能,总结了合金的相关制备技术及其优缺点和适用范围;重点分析了合金元素和加工方式对高温耐磨合金组织及性能的影响。提出了目前高温耐磨合金存在的问题,指出未来应聚焦于合金摩擦学行为的研究和低成本、高性能替代材料的开发。

       

      Abstract: High-temperature wear-resistant alloys are key basic materials for modern industry and major equipment. Numerous alloy systems such as cobalt-based, nickel-based, iron-based, Ni-Al-based, Nb-Si-based alloys and high-entropy alloys have been developed. The alloys are widely used in fields such as aerospace, rail transportation, energy and power, petrochemical engineering. The compositional characteristics, microstructure and properties of high-temperature wear-resistant alloys with different material systems are described, and the relevant preparation techniques of the alloys, along with their advantages, disadvantages, and application scopes are summarized. The influence of alloying elements and processing methods on the microstructure and properties of high-temperature wear-resistant alloys is emphasized. The existing problems of high-temperature wear-resistant alloys are pointed out and the future development directions should focus on the systematic investigation of the tribological behavior of alloys and the development of low-cost, high-performance alternative materials.
