    退火后TA1纯钛冷轧板的织构与屈服强度各向异性

    Crystallographic Texture and Yield Strength Anisotropy of TA1 Pure Titanium Cold Rolled Sheet After Annealing

    • 摘要: 对2.0 mm厚TA1工业纯钛板进行压下率为75% 的冷轧,再分别进行760 ℃保温不同时间(30,60,120 s)和不同温度(790,820 ℃)保温60 s退火处理,利用电子背散射衍射技术和拉伸试验,研究了退火态纯钛板的组织、织构和屈服强度,通过计算平均取向因子分析了织构与屈服强度平面各向异性的关系。结果表明:退火后TA1工业纯钛板中保留了部分冷轧织构,并形成了0113〈7520〉、1125〈4510〉棱锥织构及0113、1125面织构。退火后纯钛板的屈服强度呈平面各向异性,按屈服强度高低排序为横向(TD)、45°方向、轧制方向(RD)。随着退火时间延长,0001基面织构和0113 〈7520〉棱锥织构含量减少,1125〈4510〉棱锥织构含量增多,RD向与TD向的平均取向因子差值增大,两方向的屈服强度各向异性增强;随退火温度升高,0001基面织构和1125〈4510〉棱锥织构含量先减后增,0113〈7520〉棱锥织构含量先增后减,RD向与TD向的平均取向因子差值先增后减,两方向的屈服强度各向异性先增强后减弱。0001基面织构的存在减弱了屈服强度各向异性,0113〈7520〉、1125〈4510〉棱锥织构的存在增强了屈服强度各向异性。

       

      Abstract: A 2.0 mm thick TA1 industrial pure titanium sheet was cold-rolled with a reduction rate of 75%, and annealed at 760 ℃ for different time periods (30, 60, 120 s) and different temperatures (790, 820 ℃) for 60 s. The microstructure, texture and yield strength of the annealed pure titanium sheet were studied by electron backscatter diffraction and tensile test. The relationship between texture and planar anisotropy of yield strength was analyzed by calculating the average orientation factor. The results show that after annealing, the cold-rolled textures in TA1 industrial pure titanium sheet was partially retained, and new textures, of 0113〈7520〉 and 1125〈4510〉 pyramidal textures, and 0113 and 1125 plane textures were formed. The yield strength of the annealed pure titanium sheet exhibited planar anisotropy, and the yield strength decreased in the order: transverse direction (TD) > 45° direction > rolling direction (RD). With the extension of annealing time period, the content of 0001 basal texture and 0113〈7520〉 pyramidal texture decreased, the content of 1125〈4510〉 pyramidal texture increased, the difference value in the average orientation factors between the RD and the TD increased, and the anisotropy of yield strength between the two directions increased. With the increase of annealing temperature, the content of 0001 basal texture and 1125〈4510〉 pyramidal texture decreased first and then increased, 0113〈7520〉 pyramidal texture increased first and then decreased, the difference value in the average orientation factors between the RD and the TD increased first and then decreased, and the anisotropy of yield strength between the two directions increased first and then decreased. The existence of 0001 basal texture weakened the anisotropy of yield strength, and the existence of 0113〈7520〉 and 1125〈4510〉 pyramidal textures enhanced the anisotropy of yield strength.
