    集流体电池铝箔对锂电池性能影响的研究进展

    Research Progress on Effect of Current Collector Battery Aluminum Foil on Performance of Lithium Battery

    • 摘要: 电池集流体的主要功能是支撑活性材料并将电极反应中产生的电子导出至外部电路。铝箔具有良好的耐腐蚀性、导电性及力学性能,是锂电池正极集流体主流材料。总结了铝箔集流体在离子液体、锂盐、醚类等电解液中的腐蚀行为,研究了表面氧化物和孔隙、表面粗糙度、表面微观结构等表面特性对电池性能的影响,综述了表面处理技术和合金化改善铝箔性能的研究进展,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: The main function of current collector of battery is to support the active material and conduct the electrons generated during the electrode reaction to the external circuit. The aluminum foil exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, conductivity, and mechanical properties, therefore becames the mainstream material for the positive electrode current collector of lithium batteries. The surface corrosion behavior of the aluminum foil current collector in electrolyte solutions such as ionic liquid electrolytes, lithium salt electrolytes, and ether-based solutions is summaried. The influence of surface oxides and pores, surface roughness, surface microstructure, other surface characteristics on battery performance is studied. The research progress on surface treatment technology and alloying to improve the properties of aluminum foil is reviewed. The future research directions are prospectively discussed.
