    聚丙烯发泡成型技术的研究进展

    Research Progress in Foaming and Molding Process of Polypropylene

    • 摘要: 绿色环保的聚丙烯(PP)泡沫材料具有优异的物化、力学性能和易再生、易分解等环境友好特性, 其研发受到国内外的广泛关注。主要综述了近十年来用于制备PP泡沫材料的发泡成型工艺发展情况, 以及PP发泡效果和物理、力学性能的影响因素, 并对该领域今后的研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: The green and environmental polypropylene (PP) foam material receives extensive interests at home and abroad because of its outstanding physical, chemical and mechanical properties as well as the environmental-friendly feature such as easy reused and decomposed and so on. The development of foaming and molding processes for fabricating PP foam materials and the effect factors of PP foamed effect, physical and mechanical properties are also summarized. The research orientation of the field in the future is also suggested.
