    再结晶温度对新型含铝奥氏体耐热钢显微组织及蠕变性能的影响

    Effect of Recrystallization Temperature on Microstructure and Creep Properties of a Novel Austenitic Heat Resistant Steel Containing Aluminum

    • 摘要: 基于特定的热机械处理工艺, 在不同的温度下(1 080, 1 200 ℃)对一种新型含铝奥氏体耐热钢(AFA)进行了再结晶处理; 对AFA钢在高温(700 ℃, 150 MPa)下的蠕变性能以及蠕变前后AFA钢的显微组织进行了分析。结果表明: 再结晶温度对AFA钢的组织具有明显的影响, 温度为1 200 ℃时, 其晶粒尺寸为60 μm, MC析出相尺寸为10 nm, 分布弥散, 分布密度也较大; 温度为1 080 ℃时, 晶粒尺寸为10 μm, MC析出相尺寸为50 nm, 分布密度较小; 1 200 ℃再结晶处理后AFA钢比1 080 ℃处理后拥有更好的抗蠕变性能(前者蠕变寿命是1 530 h, 后者为650 h)。

       

      Abstract: Based on a special thermo-mechanical treatment, a novel aluminum-containing austenitic heat resistant steel (AFA) was treated under different recrystallization treatment temperature (1 080, 1 200 ℃). The high temperature (700 ℃,150 MPa) creep properties and microstructure of AFA steel before and after creeping were analyzed. The results show that the temperature of recrystallization treatment had remarkable influence on the microstructure of the AFA steel. At the higher temperature of recrystallization treatment (1 200 ℃), the AFA steel with grain size about 60 μm had dispersedly and densely distributed MC precipitate with size of 10 nm, while the grain size was about 10 μm and MC precipitates became coarser with size around 50 nm and smaller distribution density at lower temperature (1 080 ℃). The AFA steel had better creep resistance treated at 1 200 ℃ than at 1 080 ℃, and the creep life of the former and the latter was about 1 530 h and 650 h, respectively.
