    High-Temperature Oxidation Behavior of Steels Used for Oil Casing in Air Injection Process

    • 摘要: 通过高温氧化试验研究了注空气火驱采油油套管用BGN80-3Cr钢、BG90H钢、BG90H-9Cr钢、BG90H-13Cr钢在不同温度下的氧化行为.结果表明:BGN80-3Cr钢和BG90H钢表面的氧化产物均为Fe2O3和Fe3O4,其中Fe3O4靠近钢基体一侧,Fe2O3靠近空气一侧,厚度比为1∶(5~10);BG90H-9Cr钢表面的氧化产物为Fe2O3和尖晶石型复合氧化物FeCr2O4(FeO·Cr2O3);而BG90H-13Cr钢尽管不能形成选择性氧化产物Cr2O3,但由于铬元素的质量分数大于10%,生成了保护性良好的尖晶石型复合氧化物FeCr2O4;随着氧化时间延长,温度降低,氧化产物的保护性增强,试验钢的氧化速率下降,抗氧化能力从低到高的顺序为BGN80-3Cr钢、BG90H钢、BG90H-9Cr钢、 BG90H-13Cr钢.

       

      Abstract: The oxidation behavior of BGN80-3Cr steel,BG90H steel,BG90H-9Cr steel and BG90H-13Cr steel used for oil casing was investigated by high-temperature oxidation test.The results show that the oxidation products on BGN80-3Cr steel and BG90H steel surface are Fe2O3 and Fe3O4.Moreover,Fe3O4 is close to the steel substrate,while Fe2O3 is close to the outside air,and the thickness ratio of Fe2O3 to Fe3O4 is about 1∶(5-10).The oxidation products in BG90H-9Cr steel surface are Fe2O3 and FeCr2O4(FeO·Cr2O3).Although the selective oxidation product of Cr2O3 is not formed on BG90H-13Cr steel surface,the protective FeCr2O4 is formed because the mass fraction of Cr is higher than 10%.With the increase of oxidation time and the decrease of oxidation temperature,the protection of the oxidation products is enhanced,and the oxidation rate of tested steels all decrease.The sequence of smallest to largest for oxidation resistance of tested steels is BGN80-3Cr steel,BG90H steel,BG90H-9Cr steel and BG90H-13Cr steel.
