    激光熔凝对电站锅炉喷嘴用高铬铸钢表面组织和性能的影响

    Effect of Laser Melting on the Superficial Microstructure and Performance of High Chromium Cast Steel Nozzle

    • 摘要: 对电站锅炉燃烧器喷嘴用高铬铸钢材料进行了激光熔凝处理,研究了激光熔凝处理后高铬铸钢表面熔凝层的显微组织、相结构、维氏硬度及耐磨性能.结果表明:熔凝层的晶粒得到了细化,最大硬度可达到594 HV;同等条件下冲蚀磨损试验30 min的质量损失比未处理材料低27%;利用激光熔凝技术来改善高铬铸钢表面的组织、硬度和耐磨性能是可行的,经激光熔凝后明显提高了该钢的硬度和耐磨性能.

       

      Abstract: The laser melting was performed on high chromium cast steel nozzle of power boiler burner.The microstructure,phase structure,Vickers hardness and abrasion resistance of the obtained melting layer after laser melting were tested and analyszed.The grains are refined.The maximum hardness reache 594 HV.Erosion-wear weight loss rate low 27%.It is practicable to improve the microstructure,hardness and wear resistance of the surface of high chromium cast steel using the laser melting technology.The hardness and wear resistance are significantly improved after laser melting.
