纳米二氧化硅提高聚四氟乙烯复合材料硬度的研究

摘要: 通过溶胶凝胶法和热压烧结,制备了纳米SiO2/PTFE复合材料.用XRD分析了纳米SiO2对PTFE结晶度的影响,用SEM对其断口形貌进行了分析,并与机械混合法制备的复合材料进行了对比.结果表明:采用溶胶凝胶法制备的复合材料,纳米SiO2粒子可以较均匀地分散在基体中,提高了复合材料的硬度,降低了其结晶度.Abstract: Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)-based composites filled with nano-sized SiO2 were prepared by sol-gel process,mechanical mixture process and sintering.The hardness of composites was studied and the microstructure analysis was conducted with scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results showed that sol-gel process could make the nano-SiO2 dispersed in the PTFE homogeneously,the hardness of PTFE was increased and the crystallinity of PTFE was reduced.
