    Influence of Filtration on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of ZL102 Alloys by Electro-Thermal Method

    • 摘要: 采用过滤器对电热法制备ZL102合金增加了除杂工序,研究了过滤对其显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:该合金经过滤后能除去大部分铁、钙等杂质,使铁相呈现出小块状或多面体状,球化趋势明显,消除了细长线状的钙相,使其抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了28%和225%.

       

      Abstract: The ZL102 alloy was prepared by electro-thermal method with a impurity removing process.The influence of filtration on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy was investigated.The results show that the impurities such as iron and calcium in the alloy could be eliminated through filtration.The morphology of Fe phase in the alloy tended to change to spherical shape from small bulk and polyhedral shape.Slender Ca phases were eliminated.The tensile strength and elongation of the alloy increased by 28% and 225%,respectively.
