    ZK60镁合金CO2激光焊接接头的显微组织与性能

    Microstructure and Properties of Welded Joint of ZK60 Magnesium Alloy Welded by CO2 Laser Welding

    • 摘要: 采用CO2激光焊对ZK60镁合金薄板进行焊接试验, 研究了焊接接头各区域的显微组织、焊缝的相组成以及焊接接头的性能。结果表明: ZK60镁合金焊接接头出现了明显的半熔化区, 焊缝狭窄、成形良好; 焊缝区主要由细小的等轴晶组成, 在晶界和晶粒内部存在大量母材中没有的颗粒状MgZn和MgZn2析出相; 焊接接头的抗拉强度可达到母材强度的81.1%, 焊缝硬度为66 HV, 略低于母材的。

       

      Abstract: The CO2 laser welding was used to weld ZK60 magnesium alloy sheets, and the microstructure of different zones in the welded joint, phase compositions of the weld seam and the properties of weld joint were studied. The results show that the obvious partial melted zone appeared in the weld seam of ZK60 magnesium alloy, the weld seam was narrow and its forming was good. The microstructure of weld seam zone was composed of fine equiaxed grains, and the MgZn, MgZn2 precipitated phases were found at grain boundaries and in grains, which were not exist in the base metal. The tensile strength of the welded joint could achieve 81.1% of the base metal, and the hardness of the weld seam was 66 HV, and which was slightly lower than that of the base metal.
