    Method of Improving the Interfacial Shear Strength of Bf/Epoxy Resin Composites

    • 摘要: 采用单根硼纤维拔出模型分析了硼纤维拔出过程界面剪切应力的分布:同时设计了一种单纤维拔出试样制备方法,并测试了不同硼纤维/环氧复合材料界面抗剪强度.结果表明:界面脱粘前,在纤维包埋起始端部和包埋末端界面存在剪切应力极大值,纤维包埋中间部位剪切应力较小:采用液体丁腈橡胶改性环氧树脂的硼纤维/环氧复合材料界面抗剪强度比未改性环氧树脂的提高了135%.

       

      Abstract: A model of single boron fiber (Bf) pullout was described,and the distribution of shear stress at the interface of Bf/epoxy resin composites was studied.Additionally,a method of preparing single fiber pullout specimens was designed,and the interfacial shear strength (IFSS) of Bf/epoxy resin composites was measured with the method.Before the interface of Bf/epoxy resin composites is debonded,there is maximum shear stress at the fiber entry point and the fiber end inside the polymer,while the shear stress at the fiber middle inside the polymer is small.The IFSS of Bf/epoxy resin composites which are modified with liquid nitrile-butadiene rubber (LNBR) is 235 times of that of Bf/epoxy resin composites without LNBR.
