    Numerical Simulation of Ni Dendrite Fractal Growth in Jet-electrodeposition

    • 摘要: 基于有限扩散凝聚(DLA)模型建立了平行板电极喷射电沉积的模型,实现了对平行板电极喷射电沉积不同生长阶段的模拟;并以平行板金属镍为阳极,石墨板为阴极,制备了二维的金属镍枝晶簇,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行了对比.结果表明:在石墨基体上制备的镍枝晶簇与计算机模拟的结果非常相似,利用此模型模拟平行板电极喷射电沉积中枝晶的分形生长是可行的.

       

      Abstract: Based on the diffusion-limited aggregation(DLA) model,the parallel plate electrode jet-electrodeposition medel was built,and the growth process of jet-electrodeposition with parallel plate electrode was successfully simulated.Using parallel plate Ni as anode and graphite plate as cathode,the two-dimensional dendrites of Ni were manufactured,the simulated results were compared with the test results.The results show that the dendrites of Ni obtained on graphite plates were similar to the results of numerical simulation.It was feasible that using the model to simulate dendrite fractal growth in jet-electrodeposition with parallel plate electrode.
