    Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of High Speed Steel W18Cr4V after Repeated Cryogenic Treatment

    • 摘要: 采用力学性能试验、扫描和透射电镜观察等方法对W18Cr4V高速钢一次及循环深冷处理后的力学性能和显微组织进行了研究.结果表明:与一次长时间深冷处理相比,多次短时间循环深冷处理后高速钢力学性能明显提高,在马氏体位错线上析出更为细小弥散的碳化物,循环深冷处理有利于碳化物数量增加、尺寸减小和分布均匀;循环深冷处理效果更好.

       

      Abstract: The mechnical properties and microstructure of high speed steel W18Cr4V after repeated cryogenic treatment were studied by means of experimental measurements of mechnical properties,SEM and TEM.The results show that compared with once long cryogenic treatment,the mechnical properties significantly increased and the ultra-fine dispersed carbide particles precipitated on the twin bands and dislocation lines of martensite after repeated cryogenic treatment.The repeated cryogenic treatment can accelerate carbide particles to decrease in size and to distribute homogeneously,therefore,the effect of repeated cryogenic treatment is better than that of single long cryogenic treatment.
