    Resistance Spot Welding Technology for TRIP600 High Strength Steel Plate for Vehicles

    • 摘要: 对汽车用1.5 mm厚 TRIP600高强钢板进行了系列电阻点焊试验, 对其显微组织及其力学性能进行了研究。结果表明: TRIP600高强钢板的最佳焊接电流为7.1 kA、电极压力为4 410 N、焊接时间为0.06 s; 焊接电流和焊接时间对接头性能的影响较为显著, 适当地提高焊接电流、延长焊接通电时间都能有效提高接头强度; 焊接接头的剪切断裂主要发生在热影响区, 属于脆性断裂。

       

      Abstract: A series of resistance spot welding tests for TRIP600 high strength steel plate for vehicles with a thickness of 1.5 mm were carried out. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the plate were analyzed. The results show that the best welding process for TRIP600 high strength steel plate was given when relevant spot was 7.1 kA, electrode pressure was 4 410 N and welding time was 0.06 s. Both welding current and welding time had remarkable effects on the properties of welded joint. Increase of welding current and extension of welding time could effectively enhance the strength of welded joint. Shear fracture mainly occurred in the heat affected zone of welded joint, and was brittle.
