飞秒激光作用下不同厚度镍铁合金单层膜及其复合膜的瞬时反射率
Instantaneous Reflectivity of Ni-Fe Alloy Single Layer Film and Its Composite Films with Different Thicknesses Excited by Femtosecond Laser

摘要: 采用磁控溅射法制备了不同厚度的镍铁合金单层膜及其复合膜,运用飞秒激光泵浦-探测技术研究了复合层及薄膜厚度对镍铁合金膜瞬时反射率的影响.结果表明:镍铁合金膜的反射率在飞秒激光作用后的0.2 ps内迅速上升到最大值,再经0.2 ps又达到最小值后才达到稳定状态;不同复合层使得镍铁合金膜的瞬时反射率ΔR/R曲线在零点有不同的变化幅度;随着膜厚度的增加,镍铁合金单层膜的ΔR/R曲线在零点过后的变化幅值先减小后增大.Abstract: Ni-Fe alloy single layer film and its composite films with different thicknesses were deposited by magnetron sputtering technique.The influences of multi-layers and thickness on the instantaneous reflectivity of Ni-Fe alloy films were studied by using femtosecond laser pump-probe technology.The results show that the instantaneous reflectivity of Ni-Fe films arrived at the maximum after 0.2 ps excited by femtosecond laser,and then arrived at the minimum after another 0.2 ps,and the system was in equilibrium.The instantaneous reflectivity ΔR/R curves of the Ni-Fe alloy films had different changing ranges at zero.And the change values of ΔR/R curves after zero decreased first and then increased with the increase of thickness of Ni-Fe single layer film.
