    Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of ZK60 Magnesium Alloy Sheets Processed by Equal Channel Angular Rolling

    • 摘要: 对采用等径角轧制工艺(ECAR)制备的ZK60镁合金板材研究发现,与直接轧制的板材相比,等径角轧制板材的晶粒取向由(0002)基面取向演化为非基面取向,经等径角轧制后,板材晶粒没有得到细化,同时形成了大量的平行排列的细密孪晶,强度明显提高.与1个道次直接轧制的板材相比,1个道次等径角轧制的板材其抗拉强度由271.7 MPa增大到328.3 MPa,但伸长率由25.5%降低至8.5%.

       

      Abstract: Equal channel angular rolling(ECAR) was applied to prepare ZK60 magnesium alloy sheets.The orientation of the sheets processed by ECAR was changed and the crystal orientation evolved from (0002) basal orientation to non-basal orientation.Compared with directional rolled sheets through 1 pass,the grain size was not refined and a lot of parallel twins were presented,and the strength of the sheets processed by ECAR 1 pass was improved from 271.7 MPa to 328.3 MPa,but the elongation to failure was decreased from 25.5% to 8.5%.
