    Failure Analysis of 35CrMo Shaft Driving Pump

    • 摘要: 35CrMo钢带泵轴在使用约40 h后发生断裂,通过宏观断口形貌观察、力学性能试验和金相检验及受力分析等方法对带泵轴断裂原因进行了失效分析.结果表明:带泵轴由于热处理不当造成其疲劳强度降低,服役后发生旋转弯曲疲劳断裂失效.

       

      Abstract: Means of macro-analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic analysis and stress analysis were employed to analyze the cracking reason of 35CrMo shaft driving pump which broke after 40 hours using.The results indicated that fatigue strength of the shaft reduced because of the improper heat treating,which led to the rotary bending fatigue fracture of the shaft during service process.
