    Hot Compressive Deformation Behavior and Grain-Refinement of AZ91 Magnesium Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用Gleeble-3500型热力模拟试验机研究了AZ91镁合金在变形温度为250~400 ℃、应变速率为10-3~1 s-1条件下的热压缩变形行为。结果表明: AZ91镁合金在350~400 ℃、应变速率10-3~10-2 s-1条件下的热压缩变形中发生了完全动态再结晶, 而合金表面没有发生明显的开裂; 在350 ℃, 10-2 s-1的变形条件下, 当应变量达到70%时, 晶粒平均尺寸在10 μm以下。

       

      Abstract: Hot compressive deformation behavior of the AZ91 magnesium alloy performed at the temperature of 250-400 ℃ and the strain rate of 10-3-1 s-1 was examined by Gleeble-3500 thermal mechanical simulator. It was shown that the AZ91 magnesium alloy had completely dynamic recrystallization during hot compressive deformation at the temperature of 350-400 ℃ and the strain rate of 10-3-10-2 s-1, obvious crack was not found on the alloy surface. The average grain size was smaller than 10 μm when the strain was 70% at 350 ℃ and 10-2 s-1.
