    机车减振器热处理工艺的改进

    Improvement on Heat Treatment Process of Engine Damper

    • 摘要: 对42CrMoA钢制机车减振器在热处理调质中出现的韧性偏低现象进行了分析,对原热处理工艺进行了改进.结果表明:将淬火加热温度从850 ℃适当提高至870 ℃,保温时间不变,采用水淬油冷方式取代原油冷的淬火方式,大幅度提高了零件的冲击韧度,冲击吸收功达到78 J.

       

      Abstract: The reason is analyzed about the low toughness of 42CrMoA engine damper after modified treatment production and the primary heat treatment is improved in this article.The quenching temperature is raised from 850 ℃ to 870 ℃ with the same holding time and the cooling-down method is changed from oil cooling to water-oil quenching in the new process.It is proved that the impact ductility of the part is significantly improved and the impact absorbing energy can reach a value of 78 J.
