    • 摘要: 采用弯曲疲劳和拉-压疲劳试验,比较了45钢基体上真空熔覆镍基合金/WC复合涂层试样在不同应力状态下的疲劳强度,并与45钢基体材料进行了对比.结果表明:在弯曲疲劳时,在相同寿命的条件下,正火后涂层试样比无涂层试样的承载能力提高80 MPa左右;当N<3×104时拉-压疲劳时,涂层试样的疲劳强度小于无涂层试样,而N>3×104时拉-压疲劳时,则相反;在相同寿命的条件下,涂层试样的弯曲疲劳强度比拉-压疲劳大75 MPa左右,而无涂层试样则大25 MPa左右.

       

      Abstract: By means of bend fatigue tests and push-pull fatigue tests,the fatigue strength of Ni base-WC composite coating specimens was compared in different stress states.Under bend-rotation fatigue,fatigue strength of coating specimens was 80 MPa more than that of uncoated specimens in the same fatigue life.Under push-pull fatigue,in N<3×104,fatigue strength of coating specimens was higher than that of uncoated specimens,but in N>3×104,it was contrary.The bend-rotation fatigue strength of coatings and uncoated specimens was 75MPa and 25 MPa,respectively,more than the push-pull fatigue strength.
