    Preparation of ZrO2 Nanoparticles Using Active Carbon as Template

    • 摘要: 以活性炭为模板,尿素为沉淀剂,用沉积沉淀煅烧法制备了ZrO2纳米粉体,利用热重法(TG)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、比表面积(BET)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对粉体进行了表征.结果表明:加入活性炭后,前驱体在400 ℃以下质量损失较小,在400~600 ℃阶段损失较大,在600 ℃以上质量基本没有变化;活性炭的加入对ZrO2的粉体粒径影响不大,但ZrO2的比表面积有明显增加;随着尿素用量的增加,粉体粒径减小,同时四方相的比例增加;当硝酸锆与尿素摩尔比为1∶8,活性炭加入量为2.500 g时,可制得粒径为12.5 nm、比表面积为43.931 m2·g-1、晶型为纯四方相的ZrO2粉体.

       

      Abstract: ZrO2 nanoparticles were prepared by deposition-precipitation method.The presence of active carbon could act as an interesting template.TG,XRD,BET and SEM were used to characterize the products.With active carbon,the precursor lose weight slowly before 400 ℃,fast during 400-600 ℃ and had little variation abovc 600 ℃.The addition of active carbon has no influence on the crystallite size of ZrO2,but the specific surface area became higher.The higher the CO(NH2)2 content,the lower the crystallite size and the more the tetragonal proportion.Highly pure tetragonal ZrO2 nanoparticles with the crystallite size of about 12.5 nm and the surface area of 43.931 m2·g-1 could be obtained with 1∶8 Zr(NO3)4/CO(NH2)2 mole ratio and 2.500 g active carbon.
