    Relationship between Mechanical Properties and Earing of Pure Aluminium Rolled Sheets

    • 摘要: 通过拉伸性能试验及制耳率的测定,分析了不同工艺轧制深冲用工业纯铝冷轧板材力学性能的各向异性行为及其对深冲制耳的影响.结果表明:轧制工艺的不同使得纯铝板材的拉伸性能表现出不同的各向异性,从而产生不同的制耳,其中尤以塑性应变比对制耳影响最为明显;拉伸性能随方向变化程度越小,板材深冲后的制耳越不明显;采用优化的工艺可生产出制耳率低于2%的杯形件,达到了成品的性能要求.

       

      Abstract: Anisotropy of mechanical properties of the cold rolling commercial pure aluminum plates with different rolling processes,and effect of the anisotropy on earing was studied by means of tensile and cupping tests.The results show that the aluminum plates presented diversity of anisotropy because of their different rolling processes,which resulted in different earings.Plastic strain ratio had the greatest effect on the earing.The smaller anisotropy of tensile properties corresponded to the less obviuos earing of the plates after deep drawing.Finished products with less than 2% earing rate were produced and satisfied the requirements of enterprise standard.
