    超音速火焰喷涂WC-10Co4Cr涂层的高周疲劳损伤

    High Cycle Fatigue Damage of HVAF WC-10Co4Cr Coating

    • 摘要: 采用超音速火焰喷涂方法在300M钢基体上制备了WC-10Co4Cr涂层,对其和在300M钢上的电镀铬层进行了高周疲劳试验,采用SEM及EDS等对经高周疲劳后的涂层开裂和剥落机理进行了研究.结果表明:经过2/3疲劳寿命周次的高周疲劳后,WC-10Co4Cr涂层出现多条平行周向裂纹,裂纹与载荷方向垂直,为正断;试样疲劳断裂后,WC-10Co4Cr涂层断口附近有剥落,随载荷的增加,剥落面积增大;而电镀铬层在试样断裂后表面裂纹也不十分明显,高载荷下断裂后有少许镀层剥落.

       

      Abstract: The high cycle fatigue (HCF) properties of chrome plating and WC-10Co4Cr coating prepared by HVAF (high velocity air fuel) on 300M steel were tested.The crack and delamination mechanism of the coatings after HCF were analyzed by means of SEM and EDS.The results indicate that many parallel cracks,perpendicular to the loading direction,were found on WC-10Co4Cr coating after 2/3 HCF life,indicating normal fracture.Delamination of WC-10Co4Cr coating was observed near to the fracture surface after fatigue fracture,and with the increase of load,the delamination area increased.No obvious crack was found on chrome plating after fracture.There was a little delamination of the coating under high load.
