    钴-铬-钨合金焊丝的制备及性能

    Preparation of Co-Cr-W Welding Electrode and Research on Its Performance

    • 摘要: 采用真空吸铸方法制备出了性能优良的钴-铬-钨合金焊丝,并对其进行了堆焊性能测试.结果表明:焊丝的堆焊性能良好,焊层与基材形成了良好的冶金结合,堆焊层的平均硬度达到了40.2 HRC,并且堆焊三层后硬度达到41 HRC;各层的化学成分较为均匀.

       

      Abstract: A new Co-Cr-W welding electrode was prepared by technical innovation suction casting device,and the overlaying property of this electrode was tested.The results indicate that the binding between alloy layer and matrix is excellent,on welding layer substrate,which is metallurgical binding.The mean Rockwell hardness of welding layer is 40.2 and the hardness reaches maximum value,after overlaying three layers of Co-Cr-W alloy.Chemical constituents of welding layer is homogenous.
