    聚乙烯醇水溶胶辅助制备碳纳米管/铝复合粉体及表征

    Preparation of Carbon Nanotube/Al Composite Powders Assisted by PVA Gel and Their Characterization

    • 摘要: 采用聚乙烯醇水溶胶制备铝粉浆料, 然后与碳纳米管的分散液共混, 借助聚乙烯醇水溶胶辅助制备碳纳米管/铝复合粉体;通过黏度计、红外-拉曼光谱仪测定聚乙烯醇的黏度和红外光谱, 利用扫描电镜观察复合粉体的形貌和碳纳米管的分散状态。结果表明: 该工艺制备的碳纳米管/铝复合粉体中碳纳米管均匀分散在铝粉的表面,随着聚乙烯醇水溶胶质量分数从1%增加至3%, 铝粉表面碳纳米管的吸附量(体积分数)可从0.04%增加至0.2%。

       

      Abstract: Aluminum powder slurry was prepared by polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) gel, and then was mixed with carbon nanotubes dispersed solution to prepare carbon nanotubes (CNTs)/Al composite powders. The viscosity and infrared spectrum of PVA was tested by viscometer and infrared spectrometer, the morphology of CNTs/Al composite powders and the dispersion state of CNTs were observed by SEM. The results show that carbon nanotubes uniformly dispersed on the aluminum powders surface. The adsorption amount of CNTs increased from 0.04vol% to 0.2vol% when the concentration of PVA gel increased from 1wt% to 3wt%.
