    3mm厚6061铝合金板固定双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊接头的显微组织与拉伸性能

    Microstructure and Tensile Properties of Fixed Bobbin Friction Stir Welding Joint of 6061 Aluminum Alloy Plate with Thickness of 3 mm

    • 摘要: 采用固定双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊接技术对3 mm厚6061铝合金板进行了拼焊试验, 对其接头的显微组织与拉伸性能进行了研究。结果表明: 在转速为1 500 r·min-1、焊速为120 mm·min-1的工艺参数下得到了良好的焊缝组织, 焊接接头的抗拉强度为162.49 MPa; 焊接高温时6061铝合金在空气中易氧化, 导致焊缝截面出现明显的S线。

       

      Abstract: Fixed bobbin friction stir welding process was used to weld 6061 aluminum alloy plates with thickness of 3 mm, and microstructure and tensile properties of joint were studied. The results show that good microstructure of weld seam was obtained under the process parameters of rotation speed of 1 500 r·min-1 and welding rate of 120 mm·min-1, and the tensile strength of welded joint was 162.49 MPa. Obvious oxide entrapment appeared in cross section of welded seam because 6061 aluminum alloy was easy to be oxidized in air.
