    Corrosion Behavior of SnO2-CuO-Sb2O3 Ceramics in Soda-Lime Liquid Glass

    • 摘要: 采用无压烧结技术制备SnO2-CuO-Sb2O3陶瓷, 研究了不同Sb2O3含量的陶瓷在钠钙玻璃液中的腐蚀速率, 用SEM、EPMA和EDS表征了陶瓷腐蚀后的显微组织和微区元素。结果表明: Sb2O3的加入增大了陶瓷的腐蚀速率, 未加入Sb2O3的SnO2-CuO陶瓷的腐蚀速率最小, 为221×10-4 mm·h-1; 晶界大气孔会降低SnO2-CuO-Sb2O3陶瓷抗钠钙玻璃液腐蚀的能力, 晶内气孔、晶界小气孔对其抗钠钙玻璃液腐蚀能力的影响较小。

       

      Abstract: SnO2-CuO-Sb2O3 ceramics were prepared by pressureless sintering and the corrosion rate of the ceramics with different contents of Sb2O3 in soda-lime liquid glass was studied, and the microstructure and elements distribution after corrosin were characterized by SEM, EPMA and EDS. The results show that adding Sb2O3 raised the corrosion rate; Sb2O3-CuO ceramics without Sb2O3 had a minimum corrosion rate of 2.21×10-4 mm·h-1; the large pores at grain boundary could decreased the property of soda-lime liquid glass corrosion resistance and intragranular pores, small pores at the grain boundary had smaller effect on liquid glass corrosion resistance.
