    Zr(OH)4添加量对Al2O3-MgO浇注料基质显微结构和阻力系数的影响

    • 摘要: 采用板状刚玉、白刚玉细粉、电熔镁砂、α-Al2O3微粉等为原料,以铝硅凝胶粉为结合剂,制备了Al2O3-MgO浇注料,并浇注成型后于1 600 ℃×3 h烧结;研究了Zr(OH)4添加量对Al2O3-MgO浇注料基质烧结性能、显微结构的影响,并引入多孔介质模型,探讨了基质阻力系数的变化规律.结果表明:适量Zr(OH)4能增大Al2O3-MgO浇注料基质的体积密度,降低显气孔率,缩小平均孔径,增大基质的粘性阻力系数;Zr(OH)4添加量为0.5%(质量分数)时,基质具有较佳的烧结性能(显气孔率24.5%,体积密度2.56 g·cm-3),较小的平均孔径(1.71 μm)且孔径分布均匀;Al2O3-MgO浇注料基质平均孔径对其粘性阻力系数的影响较显气孔率的影响更大.

       

      Abstract: Al2O3-MgO castables were prepared using tabular corundum,white corundum powders,α-Al2O3 micropowders and fused magnesia powders as raw materials,using Al2O3-SiO2 gel powders as binding agent.The castables were cast and then sintered at 1 600 ℃ for 3 hours.The effects of Zr(OH)4 content on the sintering characteristics,microstructure of Al2O3-MgO castable matrix were investigated.The porous media model was adopted to describe both the viscous resistance coefficient and the inertial resistance coefficient.Results show an increase in bulk density and viscous resistance coefficient and an decrease in apparent porosity and average pore size were found in Al2O3-MgO castable matrix added applicable Zr(OH)4.When Zr(OH)4 content was 0.5wt%,the matrix had good sintering characteristics (bulk density of 2.56 g·cm-3 and apparent porosity of 24.5%),small average pore-size (1.71 μm) and homogeneous distribution of pore-size.The average pore size of matrix was more crucial than the apparent porosity for the viscous resistance coefficient of the Al2O3-MgO castables.
