    Preparation of Mg-Al-Sr-Ca Alloy by a New Technology of Molten Salt Electrolysis

    • 摘要: 为解决对渗法制备镁-锶系合金时存在的问题,以SrCl2+CaCl2为熔盐电解质,以熔融镁-铝合金为阴极,采用熔盐电解法制备了Mg-6Al-0.2Sr-0.2Ca合金,研究了熔盐配比、电解温度及电解电压等电解工艺参数对电解过程的影响,确定了最佳制备工艺,并对制备合金的成分、显微组织、物相组成及金属的析出及传输过程进行了分析.结果表明:在镁-铝合金熔体中电解SrCl2+CaCl2可直接制备出镁-铝-锶-钙合金;当SrCl2与CaCl2物质的量比为1∶1时,熔盐具有良好的可电解性能,其适宜的电解温度为750 ℃,电解电压为4 V;制备的Mg-6Al-0.2Sr-0.2Ca合金中,锶和钙以Al4Sr、Al2Ca等形式存在于基体晶界处.

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems in Mg-Sr alloy preparation using direct reaction method,Mg-6Al-02Sr-0.2Ca alloy was prepared by molten salt electrolysis with SrCl2 and CaCl2 as the electrolyte and Mg-Al melting alloys as anode.The effects of the mixture ratio of molten salts,electrolysis temperature and electrolytic voltage on the electrolysis process were studied,and the suitable electrolysis parameters were recommended.The content,microstructure,phases,precipitation and transmisssion process of the alloys were analyzed.The results show that electrolyzing SrCl2 and CaCl2 in Mg-Al alloy melt could generate Mg-Al-Sr-Ca alloy directly.Equal molar ratio of SrCl2 and CaCl2 molten salt had favorable capability for electrolysis and could be electrolyzed at 750 ℃ and 4 V.Sr and Ca enriched in the form of Al4Sr and Al2Ca in lath-like microstructure of matrix boundaries.
