    Compositions of Iron-base Amorphous Alloys with High Saturation Induction Density

    • 摘要: 为提高FeCoSiB非晶合金的饱和磁感应强度(Bs),对合金四种元素原子分数及硅、硼元素之间的配比进行了调整,研究了化学成分对饱和磁感应强度的影响,并给出了最佳配方.结果表明:在硅、硼原子分数分别为5.0%,16.0%和1.0%,14.0%的情况下,铁与钴元素含量之比在3~4附近时,合金具有高的Bs值;本试验条件下原子分数为69%Fe-18%Co-1%Si-12%B铁基非晶合金的最大Bs值可达1.76T.

       

      Abstract: In order to enhance the saturation induction density (Bs) of FeCoSiB amorphous alloys,effect of the composition on Bs was investigated through adjusting the contents of Fe,Co,Si and B.The optimal composition of the alloy was obtained.The results show that the amorphous alloys exhibite high saturation induction density (Bs) when the ration of Fe to Co contents is to 3~4 and Si and B contents are 5at% and 16at% or 1at% and 14at%,respectively.Under the present conditicons,the maximum Bs of 69%Fe-18%Co-1%Si-12%B alloy is 1.76T.
