    高能球磨与热压烧结制备TiAl基合金

    Preparation of TiAl-based Alloys by High-energy Ball-milling and Hot-pressing Sintering

    • 摘要: 研究了高能球磨与热压烧结制备TiAl基合金的工艺.结果表明:在同一热压烧结工艺下,球磨时间越长,烧结试样的密度越大.以球磨40 h的粉末为原料,经1 300 ℃热压烧结可获得密度高达3.971 g/cm3的近全致密的TiAl基合金,且得到的TiAl基合金晶粒较小,组织均匀.

       

      Abstract: TiAl-based alloys were prepared by high-energy ball-milling and hot-pressing sintering.With the milling time increasing,the densities of the alloys became higher in the same process of hot-pressing sintering.The density of the TiAl alloy with near-full density obtained by hot-pressing sintering at 1 300 ℃ from the powder milled for 40 h is 3.971 g/cm3.Homogeneous microstructure of TiAl-based alloys with fine grains is obtained.
