    钛基复合材料小冲杆试验的有限元分析

    Finite Element Analysis of Small Punch Test for Ti Matrix Composites

    • 摘要: 采用小冲杆试验方法对Ti-6Al-4V合金和原位生成体积分数为5%,10%的TiB与TiC颗粒混合增强Ti-6Al-4V基复合材料的力学性能进行了试验,采用有限元分析了试样厚度和摩擦因数等试验条件对试验结果的影响.结果表明:有限元模拟的载荷-位移曲线与小冲杆试验曲线的走向基本一致,试样承受的最大载荷对其厚度十分敏感;载荷-位移曲线对于试样的摩擦因数并不敏感;通过有限元模型中的参数计算的三种钛材料的断裂韧度JΙC和小冲杆试验总能量Esp与等效断裂应变存在线性关系,并建立了相应的经验公式.

       

      Abstract: Mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy and the Ti-6Al-4V base composites(MMCs) particulate-mixing-reinforced with 5 vol% and 10 vol%(TiB+TiC) were investigated by small punch test.The effects of test conditions such as sample thickness and friction coefficient on test results were studied by using finite element analysis.The results show that the load-displacement curves established by FEM simulation and small punch test had the same trend.The maximum load was sensitive to the sample thickness,while the load-displacement curve was insensitive to the friction coefficient.There existed linear relationship between the fracture toughness JIC,small punch energy ESP,and equivalent fracture strain.The empirical formula was built up.
