压气站硫腐蚀TD-02缓蚀剂的制备与应用

Preparation and Application of TD-02 Inhibitor for Sulfur Corrosion in Compressor Station

摘要: 为解决胜利油田东营压气站因受硫腐蚀影响而导致的压缩机组腐蚀和磨损问题, 研制了新型混合抑制型TD-02缓蚀剂, 并进行了压气站现场旁路试验和试运行试验。结果表明: TD-02缓蚀剂具有良好的缓蚀效果, 加注后试验钢表面呈光亮黑色, 添加缓蚀剂后高压机轴的磨损得到了显著抑制, 达到了预期的效果。

Abstract: In order to solve the corrosion and wear problems of compressor unit caused by sulfur corrosion in Dongying compressor station of shengli oil field, a new mixed type of TD-02 inhibitor was developed and applied to field tests. The results show that TD-02 inhibitor had good inhibition effect. The tested steel surface was shiny and black after field test and wear of the high pressure compressor shaft was significantly inhibited, which achieved desired results.
