    Elastic Abrasive Performance for Alloying System of Polysulfide Rubber/Epoxy Resin/Brown Corundum

    • 摘要: 研究了PSR(聚硫橡胶)/E51(环氧树酯)/BC(棕刚玉)三元共混体系的网络互穿和环氧树脂与棕刚玉的加入量对45钢磨光表面粗糙度的影响.试验表明:连续的网络结构对金属表面粗糙度的影响极大,采用E51和BC控制三元共混体系的硬度在90HRA时,弹性磨具对金属的磨光表面粗糙度值可达到0.8μm.

       

      Abstract: The network interpenetrating of ternary alloying system of PSR(polysulfide rubber)/E51(epoxy resin)/BC(brown corundum) and its high accuracy wearing mechanism against metal were studied.The polishing coarseness of elastic abrasive tools to metal could reach Ra=0.8μm.
