    Wear Behavior of Friction Pairs of Detonation-Gun Sprayed Al2O3-20%TiO2 Coating and Carbon-Graphite Impregnated Resin

    • 摘要: 研究了爆炸喷涂Al2O3-20%TiO2涂层与浸树脂石墨进行干滑动摩擦时的磨损性能和磨损机理,并对比分析了Al2O3-20%TiO2和Al2O3-40%TiO2涂层的磨损性能.结果表明:该陶瓷涂层的磨损率随摩擦时间的延长呈先减小后增大的趋势,在相同试验条件下,Al2O3-20%TiO2涂层的耐磨性能优于Al2O3-40%TiO2涂层的;Al2O3-20%TiO2涂层的磨损率随载荷和速度的增大而增大,在大于30 N后磨损率迅速增大;陶瓷涂层的磨损机理主要为粘着磨损.

       

      Abstract: The wear properties and the wear mechanism of detonation-gun sprayed Al2O3-20%TiO2 coating rubbed against the carbon-graphite impregnated resin in the dry sliding friction were mainly discussed.And then the wear properties of Al2O3-20%TiO2 coating were compared with that of Al2O3-40%TiO2 coating.The results indicate that the wear rate of the ceramic coatings decreased firstly and then increased with the prolongation of friction time,the wear resistance of the Al2O3-20%TiO2 coating was better than that of the Al2O3-40%TiO2 coating in the same condition.The wear rates of the Al2O3-20%TiO2 coating increased with the increase of load and sliding velocity,and the wear rate increased rapidly when the load was above 30 N.The wear mechanism was adhesive wear.
