机械合金化合成TiB2/Fe3Al纳米复合粉体

摘要: 采用铁、铝、钛、硼四元粉体机械合金化与后续热处理的方法合成纳米TiB2/Fe3Al复合粉体,并利用XRD、DSC、SEM和TEM等对粉体进行了表征.结果表明:在球磨过程中,四元粉体形成了Fe(Al,Ti,B)过饱和固溶体,有序度不断降低,逐渐向非晶态转变,同时粉体晶粒尺寸逐渐细化,球磨40 h后Fe(Al,Ti,B)的晶粒尺寸为9.6 nm;并在热处理过程中Fe(Al,Ti,B)分解生成纳米Fe3Al和TiB2复合粉体,同时发生组成相晶粒生长,结构有序度提高等转变.Abstract: Nanocrystalline TiB2/Fe3Al composite powders have been synthesized by mechanical alloying and subsequent heat-treatment of Fe-Al-Ti-B quaternary elemental powders.The microstructure and properties of the nanocrystalline powders were examined by X-ray diffractometer (XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) etc.The supersaturation solid solution of Fe(Al,Ti,B) was firstly formed and then transformed into an amorphous state during the milling process.The order degree and grain size were continuously decreased.After milling for 40 h,the crystalline size of the Fe(Al,Ti,B) solid solution was 9.6 nm.The composite powders were decomposited into Fe3Al and TiB2 nanocrystalline during subsequent heat-treatment.The grain size and structural order degree of Fe3Al and TiB2 increased during heat-treatment.
