    The Effect of Rail Hardness on Wear Loss of Wheel-Rail System at Different Axle Loads

    • 摘要: 在MMS-2A型磨损试验机上模拟研究了一种车轮材料与两种不同硬度钢轨材料组成的轮轨系统的摩擦磨损行为, 分析了不同轴重下钢轨硬度对轮轨副磨损量的影响。结果表明: 随着轴重的增大, 轮盘和轨盘的磨损量都增加; 相同条件下硬度高的轨盘磨损量较低, 但与其匹配的轮盘磨损量较高。

       

      Abstract: Using the MMS-2A wear test machine to simulate the friction and wear behavior of the wheel-rail systems made by a kind of wheel material and two kinds of rail materials with different hardness. The effect of the rail hardness on wheel-rail system at different axle loads was studied. The results show that the wear loss of samples of wheel disc and rail disc increased with the increase of axle load. Under the same conditions, the high hardness rail wear loss was lower, but matching the wheel wear loss was higher.
