    Solid-state Phase Transformation in CuAlBi Alloy during Heating Process after Cryogenic Treatment

    • 摘要: 采用热分析法测定了铜铝铋合金经深冷处理后在随后加热过程中发生α+γ2→β相变的相变温度和相变时间,并计算了其相变激活能.结果表明:随着加热速率的增大,该合金发生相变的温度逐渐升高,而相变完成时间则逐渐缩短,合金以20℃·min-1的速率升温时,发生α+γ2→β相变的起始温度为562.55℃,结束温度为587.27℃,相变时间为1.24 min;其相变激活能随着相变生成的β相数量的增加而逐渐减小.

       

      Abstract: The phase transformation temperature and time of α+γ2→β in CuAlBi alloy during heating process after cryogenic treatment were measured by DSC method,and the transformation activation energy of α+γ2→β was also calculated.The results indicate that with the increase of heating rate,the phase transformation temperature increased.But the phase transformation time decreased.When the alloy was heated at the rate of 20℃·min-1,the phase transformation starting and ending temperature of CuAlBi alloy was 562.55℃ and 587.27℃ respectively,and the phase transformation time was 1.24 min.The phase transformation activation energy decreased with the inorease of transformed β phase fraction.
