    材料微观缺陷对其小冲杆试验结果的影响

    Effects of Material Microdefects on Results of Small Punch Test

    • 摘要: 对16MnR和Q235两种钢材进行了多组试样的小冲杆试验, 研究了材料微观缺陷对其小冲杆试验结果的影响。结果表明: 由于Q235钢微观缺陷相对较多, 其小冲杆试验的载荷-位移曲线分散度较大, 试样断口形貌也较粗糙; 材料微观缺陷对小冲杆试验的抗拉强度有比较明显的影响, 而对屈服强度没有影响。

       

      Abstract: 16MnR and Q235 steels were used to carry out small punch test with multi-group samples, in order to study the effects of material microdefects on the test results. The results show that Q235 steel had more microdefects, larger dispersivity in load-displacement curves and rougher fracture morphology. The microdefects had obvious effect on the tensile strength of the small punch test and no effect on the yield strength.
