    无石棉纸金属缠绕垫片压缩回弹曲线的拟合及预测

    The Fitting and Prediction of Compressive and Recovery Curve of Non-asbestos Metal Spiral Gasket

    • 摘要: 在不考虑温度影响的情况下, 运用Matlab软件, 对自制的无石棉纸金属缠绕垫片的压缩回弹试验数据进行曲线拟合, 并预测了不同预紧载荷下的回弹曲线。结果表明: 压缩回弹曲线拟合方程精度较高; 预测的不同预紧载荷下的回弹曲线与试验曲线较吻合且精度较高。

       

      Abstract: The compressive and recovery curves of non-asbestos metal spiral gaskets were fitted by the experiment data using Matlab software without considering the influence of temperature. And the recovery curves under different pre-loading conditions were predicted. The results show that the fitted equations were precise. These predicted compressive and recovery curves under different pre-loading coincided with experimental curves very well and were of high precision.
