    多孔硅泡沫衬垫应力松弛行为的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of Stress Relaxation Properties of Silicone Foam Cushion in Composite Structure

    • 摘要: 根据多孔硅泡沫材料应力松弛的基本特征,得到了体积可压缩硅泡沫材料松弛行为的数学模型,利用该表达式可以对松弛试验结果进行处理及松弛特性分析.通过含多孔硅泡沫衬垫的组合结构松弛行为的数值模拟和试验测试数据的对比,两者吻合较好,说明基于材料应力松弛试验得到的粘弹性本构模型能够反映多孔硅泡沫材料的力学特性;该松弛模型具有较高的计算精度,并且形式简单,便于工程应用.

       

      Abstract: Based on the experimental data of uniaxial compression and stress relaxation,stress relaxation model of five parameters of compressible silicone foam was obtained by using least square method.Utilizing the constitutive relation,the nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive model was applied to simulate the viscoelastic behaviors of porous silicone cushion in composite structure,and the pattern of stress relaxation of the cushion was obtained in process of short-time.A comparison was carried out with the data of uniaxial compression relaxation experiments.The results indicate that the experiment shows good agreement with theoretical results,and the constitutive models can predict the relaxation characters of silicone foam materials.
